  • I grant to the Lyric Foundation, Inc., the Lyric Baltimore, its representatives, employees, and related entities, the right to take photographs and/or video of me and my property regarding and in consideration of the above-referenced event and authorize the Lyric Baltimore, its successors, assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

    I agree that the Lyric Baltimore may use such photographs and/or video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and online content.

    I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Lyric Baltimore from and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, demands, and causes of action which I may have by reason of this authorization.
